SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Returns & Exchanges
If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may return it in its original condition within 7 days of receipt for a replacement or refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2-3 business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
Damaged Item
In case glass is damaged in transit, please contact us and provide a photo of the damaged product. We will assess the damage and evaluate if you are eligible for a refund or replacement item. Because most of our items are one-of-a-kind, replacement items are not always available.

Sale items (if applicable)
Sale Items may not be returned or refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
Exchanges are only eligible if you are unsatisfied with the original product and return the item within 7 days. Once we received the item you wish to exchange, we will review it and send a replacement piece.
Custom Designs
Custom Designs are not eligible for returns or refunds. Custom sales are final. If a custom design is damaged in shipping please provide photographic documentation and contact us at megan@meganreeddesign.com.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible if we do not receive your return.
